Good One!I often have this for breakfast. It's easy to mix up in half of a 16 oz bottle of water at work. It has a mild and sweet grapefruit flavor, with no weird diet taste. The color is creamy, which makes it look thick, but it's not--stays the same consistency as the water you mix it with. Good tasting!
